A while ago I had bought a nice second-hand cargo bike, but the box needed to be replaced. I realized this with custom sawn timber from TOSIZE.co.uk

Sturdy container for cargo bike

I started by measuring the old box, and calculating what dimensions the new box should be, because I didn't want to copy exactly the same box, but I used a slightly thicker concrete spot, and I had the sides mitered so that it even more beautiful, and firmer, fell apart. For the floor of the box I chose betonplex met antislip . After the quick delivery I drilled the holes in the right place, and finished all holes and edges several times with edge sealer.
