We have made a permanent cupboard for the toys in the new playroom. My father made a custom drawing of the cupboard and ordered all the wood through TOSIZE.co.uk. And if everything fits then it's great! We put frames on the doors because we want a more older look for the closet.

Play cabinet of MDF primed

We first made a construction drawing. Then ordered all the wood. Then I put the bottom cabinet together and then made the top cabinet and attached it to it. Then in place and fixed to the wall. Put the hinges on it and the doors. Then the doors were removed and the moldings were made. The planks were all cut exactly to size and it fits perfectly! The planks were already supplied with the primer, so that saves work. We grounded the ends twice. Then topcoat and hang everything back in. We are very satisfied with the cabinet.

The dimensions of the cabinet

The cabinet is 240.0 cm high. 100.0 cm wide and 52.0 cm deep with the doors. The depth of the compartments is 48.0 cm.
